Are you tired of diet tips handed out by someone with apparently unlimited income and time? For some of us, it may just not be practical to spend half of our Sunday preparing carefully portioned meals for the rest of the week, or financially feasible to buy all our meals prepackaged in just the right portions. And there are those of us who cringe at the thought of weighing food to achieve ‘optimal portion sizes’. Here are ten real life diet tips for the rest of us.

1. Eating out? Restaurant portions tend to be enormous, and if it’s on the plate, we tend to eat it. If it’s possible, order from the kid’s menu, where portions are more reasonably sized.

2. Keep healthy snacks around and easily accessible. A bowl of fruit on the kitchen table, a container of celery or carrot sticks in the refrigerator, or a couple of pop-open cans of fruit salad in your desk at work will help you grab for something healthy when those first hunger pains begin. In other words, you’ll be more likely to grab something low-calorie and good for you if it’s easy to eat.

HCG diet (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin) is a diet that is designed to accelerate weight body. Weight loss could reach 0.5 to 1 kg per day. HCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) is a hormone of pregnancy (pregnancy test detected using urine). In pregnant women, this hormone increases metabolism in order to meet the needs of the woman herself and her baby. Simply combine the use of this HCG Diet with low-calorie diet.

HCG diet is a diet method which was developed by Dr. Lu Dong Wan an expert researcher from China’s health ministry in collaboration with other researchers from several other world leading universities. According to research by the recommended daily diet of 500 calories per day. With the calorie intake of the hypothalamus is stimulated to produce the release / fat burning back into the blood which would then be excreted through urine and bowel.

In the first week of implementation of the HCG Diet patients will experience tremendous hunger. But after that hunger will disappear (Adjustment) and will be able to eat only 500 calories per day as recommended. It is also advisable to Sports like Jogging and other sports to improve cardiovascular (Heart) for 15 minutes to speed up the metabolism. HCG diet provided no side effects because dose very low.

If the dose given to the treatment infertility will have side effect’s such as headache and a case of people like symptoms pregnant. While the doses given to the HCG Diet is very lower. So for all participants don’t worried that the diet will not be afraid of side effects on their bodies.

I am considering the HCG diet plan for myself and my husband. It does seem extreme, with the injections, but he just became diabetic. I am considering the HCG diet because soon he will need insulin injections anyway if he doesn’t lose weight quick. I am not diabetic, but all the female members of my family are, and I am a little overweight. Okay, a lot overweight. I have seen what happens when a person is overweight and older. It’s not the way I want to spend my last years.
The only reason I would consider such a drastic diet is the fact that we never stick to a diet long. There is so much HCG diet help available at the Canadian pharmacy that I chose. They have videos, diet charts to print out, even HCG coaches. I believe having HCG diet help would make the difference; otherwise I would be afraid of giving myself or my husband injections. I definitely will get an HCG diet coach if we do this; I have no idea how to give an injection.

The other reason for choosing the HCG diet is all the HCG diet help available from those who finished the program and kept the weight off. I hate wasting time or money, and a diet that doesn’t work wastes both. Please wish my husband and me success. I’m afraid without the HCG diet and HCG diet help; we will both end up dying sooner rather than later.
